DESCRIPTION:
Biluochun (碧螺春, Green Snail Spring) is a highly prized Chinese green tea grown in the misty mountains of Dongting, Jiangsu Province. This tea is known for its distinctive curled shape, vibrant green color, and intensely floral-fruity aroma, making it one of China’s Ten Famous Teas (中国十大名茶).
Harvested in early spring, Biluochun consists of tender, young tea buds covered in delicate silvery fuzz. Its unique processing method enhances its sweet, nutty, and slightly citrusy flavor, with lingering floral notes and a smooth, refreshing finish.
Unlike bold green teas, Biluochun is naturally sweet and soft, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a light, aromatic, and refreshing tea experience.
